Cisco has announced three days ago its intention to buy Starent value of 2,9 billion dollars. The mobile communications operators a number of networking solutions to provide better service to their subscribers, including the possibility of implementing the 4G network platform 3G.
The company will buy Cisco at $ 35 per share, while the value of the stock for Starent the day before the announcement of the deal was 29,03 dollars, which means an increase of 20%.
